The difference
By feel vs. by measurement
Our approach
Pain, stress and exercise are connected
Chronic pain and persistent stress are closely linked. When the autonomic nervous system is constantly on alert, the pain often persists as well. One important starting point is regular, well-dosed endurance exercise in the aerobic range: too little achieves little, too much means additional stress. Lactate testing shows us where your personal range lies.
Your results
What you get
You won't go home with a sheet full of numbers, but with clear zones and a recommendation that fits your everyday life.
Report as a PDF
All measurements and your training zones clearly summarised, to read through and take with you.
Real training zones
Your heart rate ranges from the measurement, instead of rules of thumb from the internet.
Discussion in the same appointment
Right after the test, we explain your values and what they mean for you.
Your training recommendation
Agreed with you and tailored to your goal. With follow-up tests, it grows with you.
Who is it for?
Specific instead of guesswork
Whether you are dealing with pain, feel exhausted or are planning your next personal best: the measurement shows which intensity suits you.
